We drove down to San Antonio today to visit Grandma and Grandpa Moore, Aunt Jeanine, Uncle David, Tanner, Kendal, Uncle Justin and Aunt Shannon. I bet you can guess what we did the first night, yep…we went out to La Hacienda De Los Barrios for Mexican food. Evidently, you can’t go to San Antonio and NOT eat Mexican food. Good thing I like it! Saturday morning I showed off my lion (cat) taming skills at Uncle Justin’s and Aunt Shannon’s house. I thought my cats were fat! They are nothing compared to Blanco and Amiga. Amiga is the fluffiest cat I’ve ever seen and I spent most of my time taming her. Norton’s just too cool for humans, but I did catch a glimpse of him once in a while. It was apparent he knew he had met his match and he wasn’t interested at all in participating in my cat training lesson. Then it was back to Grandma’s and Grandpa’s for naptime. One of the extra benefits of visiting family is getting to spend some time away from Mommy and Daddy. When I awoke from my nap, Mommy and Daddy weren’t there. They had gone off shopping. It was a nice change to wake up to Grandma and Grandpa and Kendal’s faces. They seemed to like it too! Grandma bought Kendal and me these really fancy matching hats.

matching hats!

I love Kendal, she reminds me of me! We’re already best friends and I haven’t even learned to talk yet. Right now she almost talks enough for both of us. Can you imagine how much fun it will be when I can talk just like her! Tanner keeps getting taller and smarter each time I see him! Tanner always makes me laugh. The first night Kendal gave me my nighttime bottle. Then the second night, Tanner gave me my nighttime bottle. Tanner and Kendal introduced me to the piano in the living room. They even showed me how to play it…my very first piano lesson.

Of course a trip to San Antonio is not complete until Justin takes our picture. This time he really out did himself. Daddy said this is one of, if not the very best picture, he’s seen of Mommy and me!

can’t smile any bigger than this!

I love my visits to San Antonio. I love my family. I hate to leave. I can’t wait to visit again! Love you all!!!
