Happy Birthday to ME! I’m one year old today! So what does a one year old do to celebrate their birthday? She goes Geocaching of course. After breakfast, Grandma, Grandpa, Mommy and Daddy took me Geocaching. Then after lunch, I woke up and found a “Happy Birthday Jillian” banner on the wall and a Happy Birthday Balloon and a table full of wrapped presents! The best part was the cake. Mommy put this huge cake in front of me! It was full of something I heard Mommy say was sugar. It didn’t take long before I was swimming in the stuff. I wonder if sugar was the reason I felt so good and had so much extra energy. I hope I don’t have to wait another year till I have more cake. Yea sugar!!!

Happy Easter! My first Easter basket! Mom and Dad bought me a Longaberger Easter basket. I’ll cherish it forever. Mommy stuffed it with fluffy bunnies and kitty cats. It was so nice of my Aunt Jeanine, Uncle David, Tanner and Kendal to mail me a super soft fluffy bunny and some clothes. Easter was extra special this year since my Grandparents are here to share this special day with me.

Grandma and Grandpa Kauser are here! When I woke up from my afternoon nap, there they were! What a nice treat. Since Mommy and Daddy always show me pictures of my Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and cousins, I recognized them right away. It was so nice of them to drive all the way from Pickerington, Ohio to visit us.

Working on the blog. The words on the t-shirt read "Geek in Training". "In training"??? Does this look like training to you? Just kidding, actually I'm still in training, in fact, there's still a few keys hard for me to reach, and just getting up in the chair...WHEW!!!

The shirt was a gift from my Aunt Shannon, also known as Geek Gal. She hangs out in her Geek Habitat, if you want to read about her.

I can walk! I took 5 steps tonight before my bath! The downside to this whole walking thing is the falling. I’m not convinced yet that walking is better than crawling. While I have mastered crawling, all the grownups walk, so there must be some advantages to walking. I’ll keep practicing and see how it goes. Besides it sure makes Mom and Dad happy, but as you know, they’re goofy; almost ANYTHING I do makes them happy. They are still totally under my control.

Happy Birthday Grandpa Moore! I sure miss you, and wish I could help you celebrate today.

I made a new facial expression today. Sometimes when I’m really, really happy, I get the shakes, it’s kind of a frozen face, grin kind of thing. I’m just uncontrollably happy. Daddy told me my Uncle Justin did this when he was little.
